Care Plan FAQ’s
Can't my assistant (or VA) just do these things?
In short… no!
Yes assistants can often hop in and make small changes to sites (like updating the price of a product or swapping out an image)…
BUT from painful personal experience…
When assistants are given web design tasks your web pages (and subsequently your brand image and perception) QUICKLY DETERIORATE!
And it hurts us to see… It is painfully obvious to your prospect when they see a landing page made by your Extraordinary Designers versus one whipped up by your assistant.
Let’s keep your website looking polished, on brand, and professional, AND save your assistant for working on other tasks inside the business!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime!
What does communication and project management look like?
All communication is done over email and zoom calls (with appropriate plans).
We commit to responding within 24 hours during the week AND turn around time for small tasks is less than 3 days.
We can adopt your preferred form of communication and project management tools (like slack and Clickup/Asana) for The Gold and Matte Black Packages
Do my monthly hours rollover to the next month?
Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore your monthly hours do not rollover.
What happens is my website goes down or is hacked?
Our support ninjas will be there!
Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening.
However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by it’s side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.
We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
What if I need more support time/hours?
If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.
We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case-by-case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hour.
